The old Frank Reip farm was located off the Left Hand fork near Euclid, WV in southern Calhoun County below Arnoldsburg. These photos were taken in the early 2000s before the house was torn down. Built by her father Frank Reip (and perhaps also by his father Peter), Goldie Reip and her sisters grew up here.
The farm sits near the foot of a hollow a couple of hundred yards wide. There were horses on the farm and an old barn in back of the house where supposedly tobacco was dried. Other crops were no doubt grown, too.
